By accessing or using PageThen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

PageThen is a web page capture and archiving service that allows you to save visual snapshots of web pages over time. Our service includes a Chrome extension for capturing pages and cloud storage for your page history.

Account Registration

To use PageThen, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Early Access & Pricing

Early Access purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime access to PageThen. "Lifetime" means for as long as PageThen continues to operate as a service.

Early Access pricing ($79) is a promotional rate. Future pricing may change, but your access will not be affected if you purchased during the Early Access period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PageThen for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PageThen to:

• Capture pages you do not have permission to access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Store or distribute malicious content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all page captures you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your captures to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture any pages you save. PageThen is not responsible for content captured by users.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

PageThen is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your page captures will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PageThen after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
